Got a call from Stan. The Texas ad community is pretty small. If you work at one
of the agencies, within a few years, you know a few people at all of them. So,
a former GSD&Mer recommended me to Stan. He knew this whole interactive thing was happening,
but didn't know what to do with me. I made up my job and built a national AOL
promotion for TGIFridays. Built a CD-ROM for Hummer, before the GM purchase. If
you flew Continental airlines in that period, you saw my handiwork in the
screens in the headrests. Then, when the first version of Netscape was
launched, I built web content for id Software.
